WELCOME BACK!

It has been a great start to the new academic year in the Kangaroo class. The children have come back raring to go, all showing excellent learning behaviours and impressing me each day with what they know and can already do!

Our topic this term is Ancient Greece, thank you to everyone who supported their children with their research for homework, this has helped them greatly. We have been spending time looking at the significant influences the Ancient Greeks have had on our lives such as: democracy, Olympics, philosophy and language. The children have enjoyed comparing how these things looked back then compared to how they look now.

I am looking forward to meeting you all at 'meet the teacher' on Thursday 23rd September. If you have any questions or queries beforehand then do not hesitate to get in contact.
