Christmas in other Countries

We have been writing a non-chronological report about Christmas in other countries.

We have been writing non-chronological reports this week about Christmas in other countries. We have found lots of interesting facts out about how their Christmases are different to our Christmas here in the UK. Here are some of the facts we have learnt;

"Japanese eat fried chicken for Christmas." Oscar

"Germans eat roast goose at Christmas, and they celebrate on 6th and 24th December." Ollie

"Germans use one cones and berries in their wreaths." Ethan

"Australia is 32 times bigger than the UK and when they celebrate Christmas it is their summer."  Dominik

"When Mexican families get to their Christmas day celebration the children hit a pinata." Ronnie
