We had a fantastic day travelling to London and watching the live, musical performance of 'Who Let the Gods Out' at the theatre. This was an adaptation of the book we started reading in class back in the Autumn term. We were very fortunate to be able to see Maz Evans, the author herself, perform in the show due to one of the regular cast being ill. Maz did a brilliant job and all the children seemed quite awe-struck by seeing her in real life! The children made it clear to all the adults that they had an excellent time and that they thought the show was incredibly funny. Despite the long coach journeys to and from London, all in all, it was a fun and enjoyable day out. The children were well-behaved and sensible for the entirety of the trip. They made us very proud and represented Beckers Green beautifully!
