The children in Iguanas have settled extremely well into year 5. They are working hard and have already produced some excellent writing, a diary entry from the viewpoint of Guy Fawkes. Our Crime and Punishment topic has produced lots of discussion on whether the brutal punishments used throughout history were too harsh for the crimes that had been committed.

The children are thoroughly enjoying our outdoor learning sessions, and it is proving to be a lovely way to end the week. The tree nets, mud kitchen and tree climbing are especially popular.
