What is Arbor?
Arbor is our school’s app and website where you can access live information about your child’s school life, book clubs, pay for trips, and update your contact details—all in one place.
Key Features for Parents
Using the Arbor App (mobile) or Parent Portal (desktop), you can:
- Track Attendance – View live attendance information, including absences and lateness
- Update Information – Instantly update your contact details and medical information
- Book and Pay – Register and pay for clubs, trips, and meals
- School Communications – Although we use Arbor to send messages, you will receive these as emails
👉 Please ensure you:
- Check your junk folder regularly and adjust your email settings so messages do not go into spam
- Check your emails daily for updates, including important notifications such as head injury reports and medication administration
How to Get Started
- Wait for your invitation
You will receive a welcome email once your account is activated. You cannot log in until this is complete. - Log in via a browser or download the Arbor App
- Enable notifications
Turn on push notifications to receive updates and alerts.
Helpful Tips for New Parents
- Permissions – You can give consent for school policies (e.g. photos, trips) through Arbor
- Multiple Children – If you have more than one child at the school, you can view all profiles under one login
- Need Help? – Please contact the school office if you experience any issues rather than Arbor Support directly
