We started off our topic by looking at different materials and deciding whether they were solids, liquids or gases. We then described their properties.

We then investigated the viscosity of different liquids. In its simplest terms, viscosity is a measure of a fluid's resistance to flow. It is essentially the "thickness" or internal friction of a liquid or a gas.

We have also conducted an experiment to explore the effects of thermal insulators on cold and hot food. We looked at the variables we were going to keep the same and the variable we changed. We predicted what was going to happen and then used our results to write a conclusion.
