We’ve had a wonderful week in Year 1! The children have been thoroughly enjoying our topic “The Great Fire of London.”

This week, we began our  art project, a collage inspired by the Great Fire. To prepare, the children explored what collage is and created their very own mood boards to inspire next week’s artwork.

Today was a real highlight! We watched an interactive show all about the Great Fire of London. It was informative, fun, and kept everyone engaged from start to finish. The children loved taking part and learned so much in an enjoyable way.
