Our class have been learning that there are four layers in the rainforest: Forest Floor, Understory, Canopy and the Emergent Layer. We also  know that different animals like to occupy different areas. The ants, worms and slugs stay on the ground but jaguars, sloths and even bird-eating spiders can be found in the taller leaves.
