We’ve had a fantastic week in class, filled with creativity, curiosity, and smiles!

In maths, the children have been exploring number bonds, part-part-whole models, and subtraction. It’s been wonderful to see their confidence grow as they apply their understanding in practical ways.

In writing, the children have been busy creating their own superhero stories. They’ve worked so hard to develop imaginative plots.

We also completed our art project this week, where each child created a clay sculpture of their own face. We had previously looked at the work of Picasso and Michaelangelo as sculptors. The results were absolutely fantastic — full of personality and detail. 

Today was school photo day, and the children all looked so smart and had the most beautiful smiles. It was lovely to see them so proud and excited.
