This week our art lessons continued with designing our portraits, using mirrors to really focus on our facial features:

We then moved on to making our clay portraits – we thought about the different techniques we had experimented with to manipulate the clay and worked hard to create our faces in clay:

On top of our busy week, we took a trip to our library, exploring the different sections and choosing books to share together - we hope you enjoy reading them at home! Return them when finished and your child can choose another story to bring home!
