Our foundation subject this week has been History. We have learnt about Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole and their work they did in the Crimean War and how they were treated differently. This will continue next week for our learning.

Today we had a visit from a nurse practitioner, we got to ask her lots of questions about her job role and got to look at different objects that she uses in her everyday job role. We spoke about different sources that help us to learn about the past, including talking to visitors, reading books, using the Internet and going to museums.
