The Crocodiles Bakery!
Thank you to everyone that joined us this afternoon for the bakery!
This week has been a focus of DT in class - Design and Technology.
Our lessons began with evaluating current bread products - white bread, brown bread, french stick, pitta bread and sour dough. We tried samples of the bread, and voted for taste, look and shape:
We then carried out some market research to see what was the most popular topping for bread - cheese, garlic, poppy seeds, herbs or plain:
This morning we got busy making bread, mixing, kneading, shaping and adding our chosen flavour:
A very busy classroom with lots of customers at our bakery!
