This Week's Learning Adventures

We've had a fun and busy week full of learning! Here's what the children have been up to:

• Maths: The children learnt about capacity and weight. They enjoyed hands-on activities, weighing objects and comparing volume and capacity.
• Literacy: Everyone practised writing by creating their own diary entry based on their Wild Rumpus that they had on Monday in the copse.
• Science: We explored the senses! The children felt different objects to learn about touch and went on a sound walk to listen to the world around them.
• Geography: The focus was on the Amazon Rainforest. The children learned about its climate and the amazing plants and animals that live there.

It’s been a great week of learning. We can't wait for more adventures next week!
