In literacy we have been learning about persuasive texts and using the second person, rhetorical questions and compound words. Today we planned our own persuasive text about visiting a garden centre.

We have now finished our unit on fractions in maths and then children have a solid understanding of half, third and quarter.

In science we have been looking closely at plants and trees around the school.
